Who we are

Zealous Solutions (legal name Zealous Digital Solutions Ltd.) is an agency and AI solutions company based in Pitt Meadows, British Columbia, Canada. For anything in this policy — including any request about your personal information — write to info@zealousseo.com.

This policy covers this website. Work we do under a signed client agreement is governed by that agreement, which takes precedence where the two differ.

What this website collects

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and videos are used (pages viewed, time on page, video starts and how far a video was watched, device and approximate location). It sets cookies in your browser.

Advertising. We use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel, which sets cookies so that Meta can show our ads to people who visited this site and tell us how our ads perform. We do not send Meta your name, email or phone number from this website.

Links we send you. Emails and messages from us can contain a personal link. When you open one, this site remembers it in your browser's local storage and records, against your record in our customer system, that you visited and how much of our video you watched. We use this to follow up at the right time and to stop following up when you are not interested.

You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings, use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings. To stop our follow-ups entirely, reply to any of our emails or write to info@zealousseo.com.

Our forms

The forms on our contact, booking, and audit pages send exactly what you type into them — your name, contact details, and your message — to our own lead system (a database we run, hosted on Vercel) so we can reply and prepare the work you asked about. If that system is unreachable, the form falls back to opening your own email client with a pre-filled message to info@zealousseo.com, and nothing is transmitted until you press send.

Where a form asks for a phone number, we text you only if you tick the SMS consent box on that form, and you can stop those messages any time by replying STOP. We keep what you send us for as long as we have a business reason to, and we do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.

What third parties see

These are the third parties that receive information when you use this site:

• ◆Google Fonts — our typefaces are served from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Loading a page therefore sends your IP address and basic request headers to Google, and their handling of that is governed by Google's privacy policy, not ours.
• ◆Google Analytics — see above; governed by Google's privacy policy.
• ◆Meta Platforms — the Meta pixel; governed by Meta's privacy policy.
• ◆HighLevel — our customer system, where your record, our messages to you and the page/video activity from our links are stored.
• ◆Vercel — this site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server request logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested, user agent) as a normal part of serving and securing a website.

Your rights under PIPEDA

Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act gives you the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to withdraw a consent you previously gave. British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act gives provincially-regulated organizations equivalent rights.

In practice, for this website, what we are likely to hold is what you sent us through a form or email, and the page and video activity recorded from a link we sent you. Write to info@zealousseo.com and we will tell you what we have and delete it on request.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Links out

This site links to other organizations' websites. Once you follow one, you are on their site under their policy. We do not control what they collect.

We date this page rather than claim it is permanent. It was last updated on September 25, 2026. When we add anything else that collects information, this page changes first.
