Who we are

Zealous Digital Solutions is a digital agency and AI solutions company based in Pitt Meadows, British Columbia, Canada. For anything in this policy — including any request about your personal information — write to info@zealousseo.com.

This policy covers this website. Work we do under a signed client agreement is governed by that agreement, which takes precedence where the two differ.

What this website collects

Nothing, directly. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no advertising or social tracking pixels, and stores nothing in your browser's local storage. There is no account to create and no login.

We mention this specifically because it is unusual enough that a generic policy would get it wrong in the other direction — claiming consent banners and analytics opt-outs that do not exist here.

Our forms

The forms on our contact, booking, and audit pages send exactly what you type into them — your name, contact details, and your message — to our own lead system (a database we run, hosted on Vercel) so we can reply and prepare the work you asked about. If that system is unreachable, the form falls back to opening your own email client with a pre-filled message to info@zealousseo.com, and nothing is transmitted until you press send.

Where a form asks for a phone number, we text you only if you tick the SMS consent box on that form, and you can stop those messages any time by replying STOP. We keep what you send us for as long as we have a business reason to, and we do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.

What third parties see

Two, and only two, are worth naming honestly:

• ◆Google Fonts — our typefaces are served from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Loading a page therefore sends your IP address and basic request headers to Google, and their handling of that is governed by Google's privacy policy, not ours.
• ◆Vercel — this site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server request logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested, user agent) as a normal part of serving and securing a website.

Your rights under PIPEDA

Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act gives you the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to withdraw a consent you previously gave. British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act gives provincially-regulated organizations equivalent rights.

In practice, for this website, the only personal information we are likely to hold is an email you sent us. Write to info@zealousseo.com and we will tell you what we have and delete it on request.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Links out

This site links to other organizations' websites. Once you follow one, you are on their site under their policy. We do not control what they collect.

Changes

We date this page rather than claim it is permanent. It was last updated on September 1, 2026. If we ever add analytics, a real form backend, or anything else that collects information, this page changes first.
